In Spain, Ashby was a Behavioral Anthropology major at La Universidad de Sevilla, where she appeared in the award winning stage adaptation of “Don Quixote de la Mancha.” After returning stateside to complete her degree in Anthropology (with an emphasis in Spanish culture) from the University of Texas in Austin, she moved to Los Angeles to appear in film, television and on stage.
