Cell Phones

Parent/Guardian

I hope your child is having a productive and fun summer break from school. I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding a new state law that will impact our school environment. In May, Governor Stitt signed legislation that prohibits the use of cell phones and other electronic devices on school grounds from the first bell until the last bell of the day.

This policy aims to enhance the learning environment by minimizing distractions and ensuring that students remain fully engaged during instructional time. We understand that communication is crucial and we encourage you to discuss alternative arrangements with your child regarding communication needs before and after school hours.

We appreciate your cooperation and support in implementing this new regulation. Our goal is to provide a focused and conducive learning atmosphere for all students. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.
